  • Dynamic Sheet Menu
Download and install Ribbon Commander. Then...
  1. Click the RC tab on the Ribbon
  2. Click Add-in Manager inside the RC Ribbon tab
  3. Mark the add-in checkbox 
  4. Click Install
  5. Click Installed Add-ins, then hit the button to load the add-in
  6. When you no longer need the game open, click the Unload Add-in on the Ribbon tab
